Swimmers we only have 2 weeks to go before you can rush on to poolside do your land warm up which you know of by heart, because you have been practicing it for weeks....... then hats on, goggles on the board and off you go on you 1,500m warm up hahahahahaha

You should know this by know ........


10 arm swings in each direction

1. front

2. Back

3. Monkey

4. Double front

5. Double back

10 leg swings

1. Front-back

2. Side-to-side

Warm up

30 Jumping-jacks

10 dead-bugs

30sec hip bridge hold

30sec front plank

60sec skipping ( no rope)

Also you have the training calendar you should be working from it ....2weeks we might be back in the water 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Lanes are at the bottom of newsletter have a look so you know when you are training

remember these are lanes to get us back into the water and for the first week. Then Increase over the next 6 weeks
