Congratulations to Joe Stratton for being selected to represent the West Midlands team at the ESSA National Championships in Crawley on the 23 & 24 March. The West Midlands are competing against the other 7 regions of the country.
Rotherham Metro Long Course Meet 2019
Agape with the sight of our first Olympic Sized Pool, we arrived excited for the day! First timer and the experienced Apex Long Meet swimmers got comfortable with the great venue swiftly. The energetic white noise and music filled the Ponds Forge International Sports Centre as morning warm-up began.
