Hi swimmers

How are you all ???? Most important thing this week is my Birthday, don’t worry you can give me my presents when we get back to training hahaha !!!!

Anyway we must carry on with the flexibility and warm up work.

Flexibility 10 arm swings in each direction

1. front

2. Back

3. Monkey

4. Double front

5. Double back

10 leg swings

1. Front-back

2. Side-to-side

Warm up

30 Jumping-jacks

10 dead-bugs

30sec hip bridge hold

30sec front plank

60sec skipping ( no rope)

Also you have the training calendar you should be working from it ....3weeks we might be back in the water

Lanes are at the bottom of newsletter remember these are lanes to get us back into the water and for the first week. Then Increased over the following 6 weeks
